How to reach us, and what to expect
Support runs by email. Write to the address that matches your question and you will reach the right desk first time. Most questions about access, invoices and certificates are answered faster than a call would manage.

Please write from the email address on your C.D.E.S. account where you can. It lets us find your registration without a second exchange.

Getting into your bundle
Log in and your bundle page appears in the main menu, next to Home. If it does not appear, log out and log back in to refresh the portal.
Invoices and your details
Your profile holds your invoices, receipts and contact details, and you can edit them yourself.
Certificates and credits
How to generate a certificate, and how to enter your hours with your regulator.

Hours of operation
Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm Pacific time.
Closed Saturday and Sunday and on all Canadian statutory holidays. Messages sent outside these hours are answered on the next business day.

C.D.E.S. is a federally registered Canadian not for profit organisation. Our head office is in Alberta, with offices in British Columbia and Ontario.
