Note: If a course is part of your bundle, do not pay for it individually. It is the member's responsibility to confirm course validity and expiry dates via the CICC regulator website. |
General Support Information
To ensure system security and data privacy, we perform an annual system reset:
Annual Purge: User profiles, registration records, and invoices are automatically deleted by the system after the end of each reporting year (specifically around July 15).
New Registration Required: If you registered for a program in a previous cycle (e.g., 2024 or 2025), you will need to create a new profile for the current 2026–2027 year when purchasing a new program.
Member Responsibility: Please download and save your invoices and certificates before June 30 each year, as they cannot be recovered once the system is purged.
Live Web-Based Events: Available only to those registered for the live version. Access is limited to the specific date and time mentioned in the agenda.
On-Demand Video CPD: These are recordings of live events. They are usually available shortly after the live presentation and can be accessed 24/7 via web, mobile, or smart devices until June 30 of the current reporting year.
Accreditation: Both Live and Video formats are CICC-approved and carry equal CPD credit value.
Bundles: A Bundle registration includes all events listed within that package. No individual registrations or additional payments are required for courses included in your bundle.
Instant Access: Access to your course materials is granted immediately upon successful registration and payment.
Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. We do not accept other payment methods at this time.
Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally pay for the same program twice, please email us your name and the invoice numbers. We will issue a full refund to your original payment card.
Missing Invoices: Invoices are sent instantly via email. Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, email us with your full name and course title, and we will resend it (provided it is within the current reporting year).
Course Changes: You may request to switch courses only if the program has not yet been presented. Once a program has been held or video access instructions have been sent, changes are no longer possible.
Missed Live Events: If you miss a live session, please email us with a brief explanation. We can usually provide the video recording and update your records to reflect the change in format.
CPD Denial Guarantee: In the unlikely event that a regulatory body denies your CPD claim for one of our approved courses, provide us with the proof and reason for denial. If the error is on our part, we will issue a full refund within 48 business hours.
To access our courses, you will need:
A computer (Windows or Mac) or a mobile device less than five years old.
High-speed (DSL/Fiber) internet connection.
Working speakers, headphones, or a microphone.
Access Instructions: These are delivered instantly via your registration confirmation email. Please follow them carefully to enter the live or video portal.
