Who runs C.D.E.S.
C.D.E.S. is a federally registered Canadian not for profit organisation. A small team runs the programs, the scheduling, the accounts and the technical side. Every enquiry goes to one of three shared addresses, so nothing waits on one person being at a desk.

Shared addresses are monitored Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm Pacific time. Standard response time is 24 to 48 business hours. We do not provide in person or walk in support.

Sessions are delivered by designated C.D.E.S. educators, not by the administration team. They hold RCIC, RCIC-IRB and other professional credentials and work in the field they teach.
