    • Examine and apply employment law principles
    • Observe and apply procedure related to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board
    • Describe and apply the major common law doctrines of employment law to set of facts.
    • Develop skills in advocacy, and use it in employment law administrative settings.
    • Identify defences available in prosecutions under employment legislation.
